FREE SHIPPING

  • Our products ship free of charges, taxes and duties. All custom duties are cleared and paid by us.
  • Our products are carefully handcrafted and made to order and will be delivered to you by courier (DHL). Our estimated delivery time is 20 working days. Should you need to receive your order within a shorter deadline, please contact us at customercare@sansoeurs.com and we will try to fulfill your request.
  • If, for reasons beyond our control, your order cannot be delivered within the established timeframe, we will contact you to set a new delivery date.

    U.S. customers may be required by US customs through DHL to provide additional information including personal tax ID.

    Any shipment returned to sender due to lack of information required by customs, refusal or incorrect address will have any shipping related and tax charges deducted from the refund amount.

  • Delivery to PO boxes is not permitted. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order by loggin in. If you are not at home at the delivery time, the courier will contact you to set a delivery timeframe that suits your needs.
  • Our deliveries are insured from loss, damage and theft.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

  • You may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • For returns not related to a manufacturing defect, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a secure and trackable shipping method.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at customercare@sansoeurs.com with your name and order number. We will respond to your request within 48 hours and provide you with our return address so you can send your item back.
  • Once we receive the order (within 14 days from the delivery date), it will be carefully inspected. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return if the jewellery is not returned in its original condition, if any part of the packaging (box or pouch) is missing, or if the item show signs of wear.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been received and approved.
  • Please note: Products purchased under the BDAY16 promotion can only be exchanged for another item or for store credit on www.sansoeurs.com with no expiration date. Refunds will not be issued in any case. 
  • Items purchased during the Archive Sale are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Personalised pieces are non-returnable.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
  • Our products are guaranteed against any damage resultin from material or manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery.
  • Due to Christmas Time, the returns/exchanges period for orders placed between the 15th of November and the 10 of December will be extended until the 10th of January. 

    INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (OUTSIDE THE EU):
  • For returns form outside the European Union (excluding the UK), customers must cover the amount od customs duties/taxes incurred when the order arried at the destination country (which we assume) and be prepared to pay the shipping costs and customs duties/taxes that maye be required to send the item back to us (if any).
  • UK RETURNS: We are currently unable to accept return from the United Kingdom due to specific EU/UK import regulations. For any inquiries, please contact us at customercare@sansoeurs.com.
