This unique piece is primarily an ear cuff, featuring a 2.5 cm high, 0.8 mm thick gold band that tapers with an open back for a secure fit on the ear. It is accented with an oval shape area of diamonds. Designed to be worn as an ear cuff in both ears, it can also be worn as a ring, especially on the pinky finger.
